EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY

 

For any returns, please email gabe@alkimiabotanical.com for postal address.

Alkimia Botanical would like you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, please let us know. If you're unsatisfied with the fit, quality, colour, or size of an item we will gladly replace it.

* Please note that we can only exchange items for a different item, as every item is one of a kind. 

* If you do not wish to exchange your item for another, a refund will be issued.

* A refund will be issued for online purchases only, if they are returned in the condition in which they were received within 14 days for Australian orders and 30 days for international orders.

* Returns are usually processed within 48 hours of being received.   However, please note that during busy periods such as seasonal or promotional sales, as well as Christmas and New Years, processing may take longer.

* To return an item, please enclose the order reference number or invoice within the parcel being returned.

* We recommend that you return your item(s) back to us by using a secure, insured and tracked delivery service. Alkimia Botanical is not responsible for any items not received or lost.

* Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs.

* All refunds will be made via the original method of payment.

* In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect or faulty item from us we will refund any return postage costs incurred. A member of our Customer Care team will contact you in order to arrange this. We cannot, however, be responsible for, or comment on any such case until the item has been returned,  assessed by our Team and confirmed as faulty.
