EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY

Alkimia Botanical would like you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, please let us know. If you're unsatisfied with the fit, quality, colour, or size of an item we will gladly replace it.
* Please note that we can only exchange items for a different item, as every item is one of a kind.
* If you do not wish to exchange your item for another, a refund will be issued.
* A refund will be issued for online purchases only, if they are returned in the condition in which they were received within 14 days for Australian orders and 30 days for international orders, from the date that your parcel arrived to your postal address.
* Returns are usually processed within 12 hours of being received. However, please note that during busy periods such as seasonal or promotional sales, as well as Christmas and New Years, processing may take longer.
* We recommend that you return your item back to us by using a secure, tracked delivery service and email email@example.com with the tracking number. Alkimia Botanical is not responsible for any items not received or lost.
* Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs.
* All refunds will be made as a direct Osko deposit into your nominated account.
* In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect or faulty item from us we will refund any return postage costs incurred. We cannot, however, be responsible for, or comment on any such case until the item has been returned, assessed by Alkimia Botanical and confirmed as faulty.
*Postage. All parcels come with a tracking number, which is emailed to the customer. Once the parcels are in the hands of Australia Post, we ask that you keep an eye on your parcel and estimated delivery times through the link that is sent in your emails. Alkimia Botanical cannot control the post once it leaves our hands. Please follow up your tracking number. We cannot take responsibility for missing parcels.
